For the emergency medical service of the South Moravian region we have installed our system on almost 25 of their vehicles. The system does not only consists of an OBU, but also comprises a camera system (a front and a rear camera) with high-quality cameras. This project thus shows a tight integration of our two systems with which we have a lot of experience – the camera system and the OBU. The installation was done to a new vehicle.
The OBU also serves as a central access point for all devices in the vehicle, so the devices get internet access thanks to the OBU. Moreover, the OBU provides to the tablet, which supports the intervention, the GNSS position.
Thanks to this project the vehicle will get to a place of its intervention faster and safer. At the same time, the vehicle’s operator can conveniently download camera records, for instance in case of a traffic accident.
The devices in the vehicle are remotely controlled and monitored using our servers Anbos and KS-BOS.
